With the full C4 update the dagger's attack will come back to the old system c1 (means ignore pdef fully) but they will be reduced by the passive skills of the tank itself (UD,FF,GS,Aegis,AS,etc... and heavy armor sets).

The reduction is quite high, i don't talk about crap reduction, i'm talking about 80+% damage reduction (with all active, but stuck in the ground 'cause of UD)
