Just as we turned into C4 i decided to invest in +20 on my carnage bow.
And now it seems that it was a stupid mistake because im not seeing any patk benefit from it. Is this a well known issue? is it going to be fixed?
Soul bow +0 Patk = 528
Carnage bow +20 Patk = 736
Why is it that when i equip my +0 soul bow that my total patk is only 30different from my Carnage????
But with my matk its correctly counted.. about 250 (equipped with soul) and 450 (equipped with carnage). So it looks like only my patk is nerfed. I do kinda think its unfair that i get no real bonus for a wep that has almost 200 more patk.... bug?

Its not a bug. The problem is database of the dragom Network is C1.
In C1, every weapon got +3 points of p atack (up to +3) and +6 points of p atack (+4, +5, +6....).
Then, our server has database C1, but your "skin" is C4.
The same problem happens with duals. They should get +4 (up to +3) and +8 (after +4).
I donated for 10 safe enchants in my BOP and got it +20.
I have the same problem. I posted a thread in old forum (before forum wipe) and we got to convince Drake about it. But, Drake wrote its so difficult to fix because it is in HEX.
Your Carnage Bow seems like:
440 (initial p atack) + 3 enchants (+8 each) + 17 enchants (+16 each) = 736 of p atack.
But, it is really working so:
440 (initial p atack) + 3 enchants (+3 each) + 17 enchants (+6 each) = 551 of p atack.
A little more than a Soul Bow. My BOP+20 is working with p atack 511, but it seems like its p atack is 622.
At least, my BOP is faster than Soul Bow. You can use your Carnage Bow like a "staff" if u have a mage char.
Im going to use my BOP+20 like a "staff" after wipe. My PP/HE is going to be a PP/Necromancer with a BOP+20 like a "staff" (m atack 210). A staff grade A has 152 of m atack.
