Achievement can only be done in a 10/25 man raid.
Ignore Them!
Do not do any damage to any of the adds on Anub'Rekhan. Just continue all efforts to damage the boss.

Kill Grand Widow Fearlina's adds when the raid leader specifically states that you are not going for the Momma Said Knock You Out achievement.
Ignore Them...Again!
Do not do any damage to anyone who is Web Wrapped during Maexxna. Bonus points for not targeting them!
Frogger says no!
Cause one of your raid members to die to the Frogger Slimes.
How does this mechanic work again?
Get the Mutating Injection debuff and drop it in the middle of the raid group.
Cleanse? CLEANSE?
Cleanse at least 3 people in your raid group who have Mutating Injection.
All Aboard the Failboat!
In the same Raid ID, prevent your raid group from getting the achievements, "Shocking" and The "Safety Dance."
Spore Winner
Kill 3 Spores on Loatheb and be the only one to receive Fungal Creep all 3 times.
Oh, we are starting?
On Kel'Thuzad, don't move when the raid does. Stand in the same place until the mobs appear, pulling the entire section at the start of the encounter.
What are YOU doing here?
Get hit with Sapphiron's Ice Bolt, and be no closer than 40 yards away from every raid member.

In the Obsidian Sanctum, get hit by 3 Flame Waves and blame it on lag.

As a ranged DPS class, stand and DPS within melee range of Patchwerk.
You can take it
Aggro three additional mob clusters while the raid is already engaged in combat.
