http://www.wowhead.com/talent/?VZtVohtZcxwV0hhx
The base critical modifier is 100%. The Mortal Shots modifier of 30% is ADDED to that 100% BEFORE the damage is applied to the formula.
(Damage * (1+bonuses)) * (1+(Crit modifier + bonuses))= critical damage.
So:
In all below cases I'll use 1000 base damage
if you have 5/5 in mortal shots, it would be
(Damage * (1+0)) * (1+(100% + 30%)) = Critical damage
(1000 + (1)) * (1+(100% + 30%)) = Crit damage
1000 * (1 + 1.3)[130% = 1.3] = crit damage
1000 * 2.3 = crit damage
2300 = crit damage
Strength: Your least useful stat. You can be sure that an item which provides little other than strength is a bad Hunter item. For each point of strength, you gain 1 melee attack power and nothing else!
Agility: Your most useful stat. Items with high agility are the staple of your equipment. Each point of agility gives you 1 melee attack power, 2 ranged attack power, 2 armor, and a marginal amount of crit and dodge. If you have the Survival talent, Lightning Reflexes, each point of agility counts as 1.15 points.
Stamina: A basic stat useful to every class. More stamina equals more HP. Don't sacrifice *too* much agility for stamina, but make sure you have enough to survive the inevitable melee encounters you'll face. Each point of stamina gives you 10 HP.
Intellect: Yeap, you're a caster! Like it or not, almost all your abilities use mana. Each point of intellect gives you 15 mana and nothing else. In the past, we thought that Intellect affected the critical strike chance of certain Hunter abilities, but this has been disproven.
Spirit: Spirit, simply put, raises your mana and health regeneration rate. Unless you're a troll, spirit won't help you regenerate health when you're in combat. I'm not a math genius, so I'm not sure exactly how much mana regeneration 1 point of spirit provides! Take it if you can get it, but don't go out of your way to gain spirit.
Crits: Increasing your chance to crit by 1% requires about 53 agility. As such, items which flatly increase your chance to crit are very valuable to you. Strike a good balance between attack power and % chance to crit. More attack power means bigger crits, which help you kill things quickly.
Now that you know how the most common stats benefit you, you can start selecting gear for various purposes.
PvP: In PvP, you're going to take a beating no matter what you do. Your gear should provide a lot of Stamina, followed by Agility and then focus effects like +Crit, +Parry, and +Dodge. Extra mana helps you sustain battles longer, so go for +22 Intellect enchants on your weapons if you can afford them. A 'glass cannon' (Something which causes a lot of damage but is easily destroyed) does not fare well in most PvP.

Sargado vamos discutir aqui sobre algumas Builds pra ver se conseguimos finalmente chegar a uma conclusão "inicial" he he he (com certeza vamos mudar depois de 1 tempo
1. http://www.wowhead.com/talent/?IV0fVRbkZbxZxx0tr0z
3. Nightfall/Conflag http://www.wowhead.com/talent/?AV0fVRbZZxx0tr0tp
Show de Buela pra PvP
4. Demon Sacrifice/ ruin http://www.wowhead.com/talent/?AV0cZfx0ug0oZxx0tr0z
Cara Esse eh show... mas gastar 22 pontos pra pegar Demon Sacrifice eh fodaaaa

Peguei essas no site oficial
# Shadow Mastery / Ruin (SM/Ruin 30/0/21)
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/cla ... 5122000100
Your DoTs are pretty close to being as big as they can be through talents. While allowing you to achieve bigger crits and also more frequently crit. It also works to maximize the damage you do with a Shadowbolt, because end game raiding, Molten Core/BWL/ZG that's your primary source of damage, and you'll have an imp out to buff your party so you won't be able to use succubis for the 10% increase.
# Master Demonologist / Ruin (DM/Ruin 0/30/21)
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/cla ... 5122000100
Now I've never used this build so I can't say too much about it, however. It gives you the ability to pretty much instant summon your VW for sac, or succubis for seduce, or whatever you want really. You can juggle pets for whichever situation you need, giving you a bit of versatility, while maintaining heavy hitting DD and giving you more HPs through Demonic Embrace. Something else of note is the 20% Reduced Threat while your Imp is out, you won't hit as hard in MC/BWL/Onyxia as SM/Ruin, but you won't have to deal with agro either.
There is an issue with this build where you sacrifice your Succubus for +15% damage then use a set of Jumper Cables to ressurect her for an additional +10%.
# Nightfall / Conflag (20/0/31)
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/cla ... 5122005141
This is one of the best PvP builds there is, even if your shadowspells get spell locked, casting SB on a mage for instance. You can always still Immolate and Conflag their ars. Heavy hitting instant cast DD, Immolate, Conflag, Nightfall, and ShadowBurn. While still alowing the caster to life drain while taking a beating and instant cast corruption. If you want to just do some serious Direct Damage this is probably for you.
# Shadow Mastery / Demonic Sacrifice (30/21/0)
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/cla ... 0000000000
I just wanted to give props to an original idea that looks like alot of fun to use. The first time I saw this build it was in one of Cyberdemons videos. From the looks of the video the Voidwalker should be sacrificed for HP regen and then with DoTs you try to outlast your opponents. Cool idea, and it looked fun. Since then I've come to realize there's alot of potential to this build, by sacrificing your Succubis you get a 25% bonus to your shadow damage, rez her and you're up to 35%...not too shabby.
# Dark Pact (31/?/?)
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/cla ... 0100000000
Well this one is pretty much however you want to play, you can either go with Demonic Embrace and some demonology, or you can go with Destruction for ShadowBurn. The main point of it is that you'll never have to lose hit points to instantly gain mana. I've never used it personaly, but I see the benefit of it, spec your points however you want really so long as you've got DP. Good for solo PvE where you can probably just keep going non stop by life draining and useing DP.
# Soul Link (?/31/?)
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/cla ... 0100000000
I'd imagine this build is best in PvP where you're getting zerged by 2 warriors and a rogue, you can probably take more damage than anyone in the game with this build, warriors included, unless they pop defensive stance. Another thing to note is that this build has MD and DS allowing it to take advantage of the Sac/Rez combo from MD/Ruin. This gives your damage a total bonus of +28% with a Soul Linked Succubus, but you lack the + to crit from ruin.
# Heavy Destruction (?/?/31+)
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/cla ... 5102405151
For the people who want to just burn things up, I'd recommend at least putting points in Imp LT and Demonic Embrace. In my opinion Imp Imp and Imp Firebolt are good investments too, seeing as CoE will be the curse you most use and the imp will hit a lot harder with these additions. After looking and listening to other Warlocks who use this type of build it seems that Cataclysm is a pretty usefull addition.
