General Shop Rules:
No Shops Next to NPCs
No Shops inside Buildings
No Shops in doors of buildings or in front
No Shops near the Gatekeeper!
Giran Shop Rules:
Shops have to be places as following:
Buff Shops: Shops with *only* sell buffs, no potion shops here!
Other Shops: Every shop can be placed here!
No Shops: Never Place a shop here. Punishment is 2x for placing a shop here!
All other areas in Giran are forbidden area for shops too!
