The Mosin Nagent is a pretty old fashioned but extremely effective sniper rifle. It was the preferred weapon of Vassili Zaitsev, the Russian sniper made famous during the Battle Of Stalingrad. If it is good enough for him then it is good enough for you.
This weapon needs careful use to make the most out of it. It fires single shots with no magazine so it is imperative that you make every shot count as reload times and shots between rounds are long. Also, it has no bipod so you will have to use it unsupported.
The scope is only 3.5 power so enemies at a distance will still be small dots - the lack of support though makes a more powerful zoom relatively pointless. If you get the chance to use this weapon make sure you know it's characteristics. If you use it well and effectively you can consider yourself a skilled sniper. If you are not prepared to make the effort though you will be relatively useless.
