ok, registration for Dawn and Dusk are open.
You can reach the two npcs in Gludin (Dawn) or Heine (Dusk).
Btw, the 7signs will not start until a week... (we are still testing and writting stuffs)...
can be, during this week, that your subscriptions to the faction will be cancelled.
of course i will announce and post on forum when the 7signs stuffs will start
